1. Where do you ship?

We ship to all residential and business addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, international addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping takes 4–5 business days after processing. Total delivery time is typically 6–8 business days from purchase.

3. How much is shipping?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

4. Which carriers do you use?

We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link by email.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order enters production or shipping, it cannot be changed.

6. What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return items within 180 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items that show wear, are altered, or marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

9. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

10. How do I start a return or refund request?

Email us at support@teeonshore.com with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request. Attach photos or video if the item is damaged or defective.
