Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? We get it!
- You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
 - After this 12-hour window, cancellations is not possible..
 - Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 business days.
 
Address Updates
Need to update your shipping address?
- Please contact us at support@teeonshore.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
 - Once your order been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.
 - Tee On Shore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
 
Exchanges
We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.
- If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@teeonshore.com.
 - You won’t be charged return shipping for defective products.
